CANCELLATION REFUND RULES
About the Use of Cookies
Cancellation Policy:
Depending on the identity of the relevant Transportation Service Provider, you may cancel a reservation between 2 (two) and 48 (forty-eight) hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
You may cancel a reservation by either (i) confirming the cancellation in writing via the ISTANBUL TOI TRAVEL Customer Support Team’s WhatsApp operations line, or (ii) using the online cancellation process available on the Website.
If a reservation is canceled by you after the applicable time period stated above, the full reservation fee will be charged, regardless of whether the trip is taken or not. If payment has already been made, it will not be refunded.
In the event we cancel due to issues with the Transportation Service Provider and/or the relevant vehicle for the journey, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative vehicle, although this may not be possible during peak periods. If we notify you of the cancellation within 48 hours or less before the scheduled pick-up time, all amounts previously paid by you for the reservation will be refunded using the same payment method.
Refund Policy:
You may request a refund if the vehicle and driver do not arrive at the pick-up location at the scheduled time, or if the trip is not completed as agreed in the reservation (unless this is due to a Force Majeure event or a reason attributable to you or any Passenger).
To be eligible for a refund, you and/or the Passengers (as applicable) must comply with your obligations stated in the Terms and Conditions.
To request a refund, you must send an email to info@transferofistanbul.com within 14 days, including the reservation details provided in the confirmation email and/or message, along with a detailed explanation of the circumstances leading to the refund request.
All refund requests will be processed without unreasonable delay, but we reserve the right to fully investigate the circumstances and correspond with the Transportation Service Provider. Therefore, especially when different time zones and working hours are involved, processing your refund request may take up to fourteen (14) business days.
If your refund request is accepted, the refund will be processed within three (3) business days.
ISTANBUL TOI TRAVEL is not obligated to process any refund request that is not submitted in writing to info@transferofistanbul.com within 14 days after the scheduled pick-up time.
