Terms and Conditions TRANSFEROF ISTANBUL TURİZM SEYAHAT ACENTELİĞİ LTD ŞTİ is the trade name of ISTANBUL TOI TRAVEL. Any of the terms and conditions listed below may be updated, changed, or removed at any time by ISTANBUL TOI TRAVEL with prior notice. These terms and conditions ("Terms"), together with your Booking made in accordance with the Terms, constitute a contract between you and the Transport Service Provider for the Services, made by us on behalf of the Transport Service Provider. We are not responsible for any actions or omissions of the Transport Service Provider, including but not limited to, the non-provision or delay of the Services, or any impact on the Journey. By accessing, browsing, using our website, and completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree that you understand and accept the written terms and conditions (including the privacy policy). All bookings must be made at least 12 hours in advance of the transfer service. For bookings over 5 hours, please email info@transferofistanbul.com or call +90 553 563 2222. If your booking includes two or more people and you are the person making the booking, you accept the terms and conditions on their behalf. You must be over 18 years old to make a booking. We will share a confirmation email for each successful booking. Please verify your information and inform ISTANBUL TOI TRAVEL of any errors. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for any service-related changes. The fee is associated with the selected vehicle type, number of people, and locations during booking. In the event of any discrepancy, ISTANBUL TOI TRAVEL reserves the right to charge the difference or refuse to provide the services. Prices are per vehicle, not per person. You must share the number of passengers, including infants and children. If traveling with infants or toddlers, we recommend bringing your own car seat. Availability and quality of baby seats cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability. Prices include taxes and VAT in accordance with national law. All prices are in TRY and are subject to change without notice unless the booking is confirmed. Once confirmed, the agreed prices apply. Transfer fees can be paid securely online by credit card via our website or in cash to the driver. Only online options are available; in that case, please inform us before your transfer date. Your purchase and the provision of Services are subject to the laws of the country in which the Journey takes place. Your Booking on the Website is subject to your acceptance of the Terms. If you do not accept any part of these, you should not proceed with your Booking. By confirming, you state that you wish to make a Booking for Services via the Website and have read, understood, and accepted the Terms. If there is any part you do not fully understand or if you have any questions regarding the Services, please contact us. Special Requests In case of a special request, the passenger must notify the Customer Support Team by email or phone within 2 business days. Any additional costs incurred as a result will be communicated to the passenger by the Customer Support Team. Changes If passengers need to make changes, they must do so at least 24 hours in advance by viewing their booking under the “My Booking” section or by contacting our operations department at +90 553 563 2222. Any changes to passenger details made at least 24 hours before the booking use are free of charge. If passengers have any complaints, please notify our Customer Team as soon as possible. We strive to provide the best service possible. Events Beyond Our Control Events Beyond Our Control ("Force Majeure Events") include, but are not limited to, strikes, lockouts, other industrial disputes, closure of a public service or transportation route by law enforcement, unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control, natural disasters, war, riot, civil unrest, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental regulation, accident, fire, flood, storm, unavoidable technical issues in transport, closure or congestion of airports/ferry ports, cancellations or diversions of scheduled flights or travel, financial failure of airlines or other transport providers, or any act or omission by a third party. Neither we nor the Transport Service Provider shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing any of our obligations under or in connection with a Booking or Journey caused by a Force Majeure Event. If a Force Majeure Event continues for more than 2 business days after the Pickup Time, we may cancel your reservation by giving at least 24 hours’ notice and refund all amounts paid by you regarding the airport transfer. In case of vehicle breakdown or mechanical difficulties, the Transport Service Provider is responsible for making all necessary arrangements to complete the journey as soon as safely and feasibly possible. Our Responsibilities We will ensure the services requested by you are provided as agreed. If the requested transfer is unavailable, we will attempt to offer an alternative option of the same standard. Emergency contact information will be shared 24 hours before your transfer service. Your Responsibilities Despite our efforts to provide top service, it depends on the accuracy of the information you provide. Images shown on our website are for illustration/example purposes only. You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of all information provided. Ensure all correct details are provided, including pickup/drop-off location, flight or ferry times, etc. Consider potential travel time delays due to traffic, weather, or local events. Passengers must be ready at the pickup point at the scheduled time. Ensure your phone is active and reachable at pickup. Passengers under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. All passengers must be fit to travel. Otherwise, the service may be denied. You are responsible for selecting a vehicle that meets your needs. You must ensure all passengers comply with these Terms, and you are responsible for their actions or omissions. Cancellations Depending on the Transport Service Provider, you can cancel a reservation from 2 to 48 hours before the pickup time. A booking can be cancelled either by: (i) contacting our Customer Support via WhatsApp in writing, or (ii) using the online cancellation process on the Website. If cancelled after the valid timeframe mentioned above, the full booking fee will be charged regardless of whether the trip occurred. No refund will be issued if already paid. If we cancel due to issues with the vehicle or Transport Service Provider, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative vehicle, though this may not be possible during peak periods. If we notify you of cancellation within 48 hours of the pickup time, we will refund all pre-paid amounts. Refund Policy If the Vehicle and Driver are not present at the Pickup Location at the Pickup Time, or the Journey is not completed as agreed in the Booking (excluding Force Majeure or reasons caused by you or any Passenger), you may request a refund. To qualify for a refund, you and/or Passengers must have complied with all your obligations under the Terms. To request a refund, you must email info@transferofistanbul.com within 14 days, including your booking details as given in the confirmation email or text, and the reasons for your request. We will process all refund requests without unreasonable delay but reserve the right to investigate and correspond with the Transport Service Provider. Due to time zone and working hour differences, processing may take up to fourteen (14) business days. If your refund request is approved, the refund process may take up to three business days. ISTANBUL TOI TRAVEL is not obligated to process any refund requests made more than 14 days after the Pickup Time if not sent in writing to info@transferofistanbul.com. Data Protection Your privacy is important to us. By using our website, your consent is implied. Use of your personal information by ISTANBUL TOI TRAVEL Use of promotional emails, SMS, or WhatsApp messages, quote follow-ups, and special offers Protection of your personal data and non-disclosure to third parties Cookies We may use cookies and other technologies on the website or in email communications to facilitate and track your use of services. Definitions Booking: A reservation of a Journey as part of the Services. You: The person making the Booking. Driver: The person(s) assigned by the Transport Service Provider. Drop-off Point: The destination specified in the Booking. Meeting Point: The agreed starting location of the Service. Meeting Time: The local time at the Pickup Location where you agreed to meet the Vehicle and Driver. Journey: Travel from the Pickup Location to the Drop-off Point as agreed in the Booking, including any subsequent modified or additional travel arranged between the Passenger and the Driver or Transport Service Provider.
